• All payment disputes must be resolved with This Business
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

By making a payment, you acknowledge that your financial relationship is with This Business, not with GetaBooking Ltd.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and No-Show Policy

GetaBooking makes no warranty as to This Business's services, and you contract with This Business directly. Any service-related issues, complaints, payment disputes, or refund requests should be directed to This Business directly.

10. Consumer Rights

If you are booking services as a consumer, you have certain statutory rights under UK consumer protection law which these terms do not affect. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
