Who pays for licensing?
Our preference is that individual team members pay for their own licenses. For example, a stylist would pay for their license directly, making them fully responsible for their bookings, setup, and use of the tool.
What happens if a team member leaves?
They contact GetaBooking and we move them off your business enterprise site and offer them an individual subscription. For example, if Sarah left your salon and you had 15 people (paying £3.99 each), her website would move from getabooking.co.uk/bellasalon-sarah-demo to getabooking.co.uk/sarah-demo and she would switch to the individual £9.99 per month plan. She can update her work address and continue to take bookings using GetaBooking, or cancel her subscription.
What would the owner get?
You can offer GetaBooking licenses to your team at discounted prices. Plus, you get valuable website integration features - embed your complete team directory on your main website, allowing customers to search availability, read staff profiles, and book directly with their preferred stylist.
What if I have 25 stylists working but I'm not sure all will use GetaBooking?
That's fine as you have 25 stylists your store qualifies for over 20 user license so you can offer them to staff at £2.99.
How do we manage multi-user licenses?
This is simple - we give you a code that is entered during checkout which discounts the licenses and forces the website setup to appear under your business name you choose. All you have to do is share the code to your users.
What if I want to rent out salon chairs?
Perfect for salon chair rental! Simply create a user licence for managing your chairs, add each chair/station under resources, then set the availability in the service setup. Independent stylists can then book chairs by the day, week, or month. We're happy to help and get on a call to demonstrate how this works for your salon.
