What age do you teach from?
I teach from age 4 upwards! I have experience with young children, teenagers, and adults. It's never too late to learn to skate.
Do I need my own skates?
Not initially - the ice rink has rental skates available. Once you're committed to regular lessons, I can advise on buying your own skates for better fit and performance.
What if I'm scared of falling?
That's completely normal! I teach proper falling techniques and how to get back up safely. We'll build your confidence gradually at your own pace.
