The moment you enable memberships, a sleek "Join Membership" banner appears at the top of your booking site. No code changes, no fiddling with settings — it just works.

Two Ways to Reward Your Members

We've given you full control over how you offer value to your subscribers.

1. Members-Only Exclusivity

Want to keep your "Advanced Yoga" or "VIP Coaching" sessions for subscribers only? Simply go to your Bookable Items, find the service, and tick the "Require Membership" box. Now, only active members can see and book those slots.

2. Member-Specific Pricing

You can now offer member discounts without using manual codes. Once a membership type is enabled, you can set a discount percentage in the settings.

• Want it to be a perk? Set a 20% discount for members.
• Want it to be "All-You-Can-Book"? Set a 100% discount, making the service free for members whilst non-members still pay full price.

Simple Management, Powerful Validation

When a customer goes to book, the system validates their email address instantly. This ensures their membership is active and allows the platform to send out receipts, confirmations, and reminders automatically. No manual checking, no spreadsheets.

A Note on Multi-Ticket Bookings

We've designed the system to be flexible. If a member books multiple tickets — for example, bringing friends along to try a class — the discount applies to the whole booking. We think most businesses want to encourage members to grow their community, so we've left this open for you to manage as you see fit.

Easy Cancellations

We've kept cancellations simple. Customers can manage or cancel their membership directly from your membership page, or contact you if they prefer a personal touch.

1. Customers can click "manage" on your membership page to access the Stripe customer portal, where they can cancel or update their payment details themselves.
2. Alternatively, they contact you directly — giving you a chance to offer a "save" or gather feedback. You can then cancel the subscription with one click in your Stripe Payments Dashboard.
3. GetaBooking does the rest. Our system automatically knows exactly when that membership expires and will update their status without you lifting a finger.

• Share your booking page exclusively with members. Simply share your GetaBooking link only with your existing members and make it clear on your booking site that membership is required to book.
• Use a custom field for membership acknowledgement. Add a custom field to your bookable items asking customers to confirm they are an active member. You can include a link to your membership signup page in the acknowledgement text.
• Create a member discount code. Set up a discount code in your dashboard and share it with your members. You can change the code every few months to keep it secure.
