Two Ways to Reward Your Members

1. Members-Only Exclusivity

Want to keep your "Advanced Yoga" or "VIP Coaching" sessions for subscribers only? Simply go to your Bookable Items, find the service, and tick the "Require Membership" box. Now, only active members can see and book those slots.

2. Member-Specific Pricing

You can now offer member discounts without using manual codes. Once a membership type is enabled, you can set a discount percentage in the settings.

• Want it to be a perk? Set a 20% discount for members.
• Want it to be "All-You-Can-Book"? Set a 100% discount, making the service free for members whilst non-members still pay full price.

Simple Management, Powerful Validation

When a customer goes to book, the system validates their email address instantly. This ensures their membership is active and allows the platform to send out receipts, confirmations, and reminders automatically. No manual checking, no spreadsheets.

A Note on Multi-Ticket Bookings

We've designed the system to be flexible. If a member books multiple tickets — for example, bringing friends along to try a class — the discount applies to the whole booking. We think most businesses want to encourage members to grow their community, so we've left this open for you to manage as you see fit.

Easy Cancellations

We have deliberately excluded complex, automated cancellation flows to keep things human and simple. If a customer wishes to cancel:

1. They contact you directly — giving you a chance to offer a "save" or gather feedback.
2. You cancel the subscription with one click in your Stripe Express Dashboard.
3. GetaBooking does the rest. Our system automatically knows exactly when that membership expires and will update their status without you lifting a finger.
